Is it just surviving on the couch
or actually going out and doing something?
Is it getting a job
or sitting at home?
Is it finding love
or waiting around for it?
Is it saying you can do things
or saying you can’t?
Is it going out and changing the world
or waiting for someone else to go it?
Is it changing someone’s life
or never meeting anyone?
Is it having talent
or just faking?
Finding friends
or blocking out the world?
Whatever it is,
I know I’m trying
