Beyond understanding or control
A canary cries
forshadowing, I think not
Or better yet, I hope...
Reaching ecstasy
Touching anguish
Loving bliss
Feeling despair
An invisible smile
An impossible embrace
So close/Too close
The fence between wrong and right
It's not for me to decide
A pitchfork in the road
Listens for canary
