I'm sorry I'm not perfect,
Or whatever you want me to be,
I'm sorry I can't do everything,
Or do everything you ask,
I'm sorry I cry too much,
Or more than you want to deal with,
I'm sorry I wish on the stars,
Or all the ones that were yours first,
I'm sorry I whine too much,
Or that I remind you of reality,
I'm sorry I cut my wrists,
I only tried to stop crying for you,
I'm sorry I smoke cigarettes,
Or that I don't give them all to you,
I'm sorry I'm not a virgin,
Or that that played me,
I'm sorry I'm not who you wish you were.
