A jack***
Is like a weed in the grass,
They pop up where they’re not wanted.

When you cut it down a size
It comes back to your surprise,
Even stronger than before.

But what happens if you leave them alone,
Pretend they don’t exist?
Would the grow twice as tall
And grow to be even more pissed,
Or stay short and small,
Lost without the attention they seek
And remain alone, with nothing at all,
Then become quiet and meek?

One day I was sitting in my pre-cal class and I noticed how other students were acting in my class and how the teacher dealt with those who were being a pain. While observing that the idea for this poem just popped into my head.
