My Heart
My heart;
Like a never ending abyss
Gives endless hope for a cure;
Gives false emotions to the outside
world
Dreaming of falling;
In a never ending pit,
To only realize I am in self pitty
Why am I in pitty?
"You don't want that"
I hear her speak
"Remember the words of Samuel Butler"
I hear myself speak
No more,
Not today, not ever.
Fate had her turn over me;
Its now my turn to creat my own.
The sun shines after two days;
The lawns are as green as Ireland;
I open my eyes to a wonderous splender;
Never again looking at the mistake he had made.
