I know how it feels to be teased, embarrassed and feeling like you are getting pushed off this world into a dimension unknown.
I know how it feels when you walk into a room with no greeting, a lot of attitude, no smiling faces.
You are not in this alone; someone is always by your side.
Until the end of time there is always someone to count on.
That someone could be me.

The author's comments:
I attended a writing seminar for teens here in Columbia,SC. Writing is a passion of mine so I was excited to be there. Once I arrived the room had a somber mood. I knew the instructor and she wasn't herself either, however when she saw me she was full of excitement. I wrote this piece during class and she pulled me to the side afterward to inform me she felt connected to me because her feelings were exactly the same.

This is a piece of writing that anyone and everyone can connect with because its like being at school for the first or on a new job you have to see it through until you connect with someone or something to make you feel more comfortable.
