I should know better
Than to have those dreams
It's a good picture
It's good to have impossible dreams
But what I'm thinking
Is way too far
I need to clear my thoughts
I need to assure myself
If it doesn't go the way planned
I'm strong
And I can deal
And keeping these thoughts in mind
Will just hurt me
When it doesn't go my way
Because I will just be a stupid
Imaginative girl
Living in a fantasy world
With no one else
Because everyone else
Is living in reality
And that should teach me to grow up
Whether I like it or not
God never said life would be easy
And I will learn that
In a non-fantasy world
