Burdens

Looking at each person
and the burdens they bare
no one seems to realize
or else they just don't care
everyone has to deal with
some kind of pain
and will always carry
the bruises of what it cost
no matter what it is
a part of their heart
will be forever lost
from this point on
when you recognize
the suffering of another
try to always help them as though
they were your sister or brother

Awww! I love your poem! That's so sweet and true! We should help people more, but sadly most issues get ignored.... I hope you have a sister or brother there for you if you ever feel one of those burdens or if your carryig one right now. :) *Hugs* Keep writing! Your work gives great advice!
