Nature Comes and Goes

The beauty of the mountains
is highlighted in the morn.
The sunbeams sprinkled softly,
a new day again is born.

You can't see the mighty forest
for the silence of the trees.
Reaching up their branches
to the birds and the bees.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.

And this place was for them,
and this place was for them,
and this place was for them,
can we remember?

It dances on the beautiful trees, ohhh.

The beauty of the ocean,
with beaches, crashing waves.
Palm trees leaning boldly,
over ancient hidden caves.

Water, water, everywhere.
But not a drop to drink.
Stare into that water,
and it's gone when you blink.

Oh, oh, oh, oh. Oh, oh, oh, oh.
And this place was for them,
and this place was for them,
and this place was for them,
can we remember?
It swirls throughout the breeze, ohhh.
I'm only led to wonder, why?
It casts away all who see, ohhh.
I'm only led to wonder why?
Why... I try?

This one's for the people,
who live upon the land.
I'll lead you through it,
just give me your hand.

It dances on the beautiful trees, ohhhh.
I'm only led to wonder, why?
It swirls throughout the breeze, ohhh.
I'm only led to wonder, why?
