I fought so hard
But I was too weak
You couldn’t stay
You had to leave
People around me keep saying that I’m strong
But they’re wrong
Some days it’s so hard
To get up
To pretend
To push you to the back of my mind just so I can
Act like I’m ok
Pretend to be normal
One day I know I will see you again
I know that you will be mad that I moped like this
But I’m just too weak
