my favorite character from a book

My favorite character from a book is SHAMS TABRIZI. he was born on 1185 in persia.He was Muslim.He is my favorite character because he was an astonishing scholar.I first read about him in FORTY RULES OF LOVE and i get very impressed from him.i really like his sayings and quotations.
THE BOOKS WRITTEN BY SHAMS TABRIZi are;
1)Discourse of Shams.
2)Me and Rumi.
3)Rumi's sun.
SAYING OF SHAMs;
patience is not sitting and waiting,it is forseeing.
It is looking at the thorn and seeing rose,looking
at night and seeing day.lovers are patient and
know that th moon needs to become full.
He died on 1248 IN Khoya,Iran.
