I am writing a paper about the replacement referees in the NFL. The reason there is replacement
referees is the normal refs are in a lockout. The lock out is happening because they say they don’t get
paid enough per game.

In my opinion the refs are getting paid more than enough to do a simple thing like ref a game. They get
paid thousands of dollars to ref games. They also get free flights to every game the ref.

The replacement refs are anybody from college refs to Jr. High School administration. The replacement
refs are very ineffective. They don’t do a lot of things right. They don’t say jersey numbers on penalties.
They don’t call penalties right. They also take up so much time discussing a penalty when they should
know it right away.

That is why I think the replacement referees are bad.
