With the technological world rapidly innovating, people have become increasingly antisocial. People that frequent twitter, instagram and other social networks have become more comfortable with their screens than the eyes of the people across from them. While shooting a text can connect people within seconds, the actual process of meeting face-to-face has seemingly become more of an effort, especially for the younger generations. The benefits of hiding behind a screen has become the societal safety blanket of human interaction. In order to get back in touch with our humanity, we have to put the phones down and venture into the real world.

This was an opinion article i wrote from my journalism class. It was a minor project but I thought it needed to be justified in something more major.
