If there really is hope and mercy in the world, where is it? Do I have hope for anything anymore? Am I just that girl who is too shy to speak up? Or will words pour out of me?

Do I have a hope of going somewhere great? Or will I be confined by my abilities, status and size? What will become of me?

Am I granted mercy? When will I get my chance to shine? Will I ever amount to anything, or should I just disappear off the face of the Earth?

Am I what people want me to be? Can I ever become what my parents and elders expect me to?

Will I ever be treated as an equal?
