How I refrain from Suicide

What I've learned, is that it only makes it worse. the more you think about suicide, the more you want it. but you know you'll never do it. So really you're just putting yourself through suffering. What i do, is tell myself to STFU, quit feeling sorry for myself, put my big girl panties on and get the F over it. Because its just high school and this is not the most important part of my life.
