On the value of friends.

I met this guy at an anime convention, in March, 2011. We talked online, and we texted after a while. We became close friends. He may or may not be alive by the next time I try to contact him. Last week, a man tried to take his car keys. He fought back. The man stabbed him in the stomach. He went to the hospital, but he still got a parasitic infection. He goes into surgery in six minutes. The moral of the story is this: Value your loved ones. You never know how much time you have to show them how much they mean to you.
