Last week, a man tried to take his car keys. He fought back. The man stabbed him in the stomach. He went to the hospital, but he still got a parasitic infection. He goes into surgery in six minutes. The procedure has a 45% success rate. Sometimes, I used to pretend to fall asleep on him because I didn't feel like talking anymore. Now I may never get to talk to him again. The moral of the story is this: Value your loved ones. You never know how much time you have to show them how much they mean to you.
