The situation of location, almost every day, and every minute someone wants to be able to follow their dream. At least half of them are not able to because of location. Most dreams lead people to California or New York, and most are not able to move half way around the country to do so. With that most dreams never follow through as wished. Many people may agree with me saying that there should be places where you can follow dreams right in your own state, instead of traveling to far to do so
