When your teenager can you really have true love or just crushes? If your say 14,15 or 16 and you are in a relationship and your fighting or even broken up. Are your parents right when they say "oh its only a crush, you'll get over it." Is it not possible that you might be truly and deeply in love with them?

well it depends on how emotinally mature you are. for example, if you have faced something like depression or the loss of a parent and have overcome it, it is safe to say you are more emotionally mature than others of your age.

At fourteen?  I don't think so.  At 15?  doubtful.  At sixteen?  More probable, and if you've been raised right, then very possible.  After that, your emotional state is a lot more developed, and you're able to better understand your feelings for a person.
