Should Teens Have Sex?

Consequences is what teens

have to go through when they have

sex, so they shouldn't do it.

Teenagers are way to young for

sex. Teens have a long life ahead

of them, they shouldn't throw it

away. Especially not for sex. Sex

can hurt teens in many ways;

emotionally, physically, and

mentally.

Sexually active teens don't

really think about what can happen

after having sex. All they think

about is having sex. However teens

may not be aware of the

consequences because maybe their

parents don't talk to them about

it. Maybe they don't have sex ed

classes in school.

Pregnancy rates are getting

higher and higher every year. If

teens decide to have sex, they

should think about using

protection. Also birth control is

another thing teens should think

about getting on. That way they

can prevent themselves from

getting pregnant.

Almost two- thirds of

teenagers who have had a sexual

intercourse wish they'd waited.

Sex is not fun, and you will

regret every bit of it. Being

sexually active is a powerful

experience. It is not worth the

risks of pregnancy and STD's.

In conclusion I am so against

teens having sex. Teens are ready

for sex at all. Teens really cant

handle the consequences that come

after sex. So sex should be left

alone until adulthood or after

marriage.

I just find this offensive, I feel like all it is, is some other school teacher telling me, don't do this, don't do that while you sit there and they don't understand the fact that we have brains that function as well as they do. I am a teen, though I know all of this? But what others choose to do with their lives is their decision... I don't know how this was suppose to come across but I just felt like here we go, an other lecture.
