Doing drugs doesn't just hurt you, but your kids even if you just do it once, it stays with you forever. You can kill yourself! Drugs numb you so if you do something stupid like most people do you can hurt yourself and it can be bad enough to kill you and no one wants that to happen.
Drinking isn't bad ever now and then but getting a buzz is bad too. It can cause defects to your children even if you don't drink while your pregnant. Remember one drink is all it really takes.
Smoking is bad all around. One smoking around your kids or while pregnant isn't good. Two cholesterol builds up easier because it sticks real good to nikotin. Three all it's doing is killing you slowly. It might be had to quiet, but it could save your life or prolong it.
