should it be fair that teenagers in today's society don't have their constitutional rights. For example if a teenager walks into a grocery store they are immediately asked to put their backpack aside.When adults walk with a backpack they aren't told anything by staff or anyone.


The author's comments:
The average american teenager will not get their constitutional rights until the day they turn 18.
