Colorblind

I refuse to believe that if we screw up during our lives, God completely forsakes us and forever condemns us to the worst fate imaginable.
I mean, come on, doesn't that seem a little contradictory?
God loves you.
Jesus loves you.
More than anything else, they love you.

Oops, you pissed God off, you're going to Hell.

What?

Yeah, see here, you gave that old lady the finger, and God wasn't too happy about that. Then you got hit by that bus before you could apologize to God. Yep, it's a real downer, but that's just the way it is.

Wait, so that's it? No consolation prize?

Nope, with God, you see, it's all good or bad, there is no grey area. You're either a saint or a sinner. Heaven or Hell. Sorry. There are only two options.

Seriously?

Why would I joke about this?

Um'

Off you go, now.

Wait, no' no good-bye or 'I love you' or I'm sorry'no second chances?

Not with God, no. Have a nice eternity' or not, considering where you're going.

This sucks.

Yep. Sucks for you.

Life isn't black and white. Why should death be? I think God sees in color. I don't think that eternity is limited to two options, and I don't think that people can be put into just two categories.

But then again, I'm not God.
