Are video games good? In the gaming world violence is just an everyday thing Mortal Kombat, Gta, Black Ops, these are all titles that run on being violent. And kids that play violent video games are not affected in a bad way. I think this because videogames are not bad they're good.

Games are violent. Most to all videogames are violent, you have the Call Of Duty franchise, Mortal Kombat, Grand Theft Auto, these are just a few that are based off of war, killing, stealing. If we didn’t want games to be violent then we should have done something a very long time ago.

Video games actually help kids. People who play video games such as Activision Blizzard Inc.’s “Call of Duty” are better able to multitask, perform cognitive tasks such as rotating objects in their minds and focus and retain information better than non-players, said Daphne Bavelier, a research professor in brain and cognitive sciences at the University of Rochester in New York. And If we don’t play games then what is there to do?

This is why I think games are good for kids and teens alike. Kids are used to violent games just get over it. Games are good for kids, more eye hand coordination can’t hurt anybody.
