Why is it so hard to get hold of people in business? You call and E-mail yet you never get the answer or response when it is needed. Now I understand that a business usually has allot of customers but the point remains valid. I order my medication for my MS and it takes forever to get hold of them. I try to get a simple answer out of my college so i can order books and nobody wants to take the time to look. COME ON PEOPLE!!! If you need more help then make more jobs. We need more of those anyway. I'm just sick and tired of getting the run around. It makes feel frustrated and incompetent. Im just tired of it and I know other people are to. Its simple buisnesses shouldnt take on more than they can handle. It hurts the customers more and they can lose people.
