Summary:

A story dealing with a lonely girl and the master of the castle. Uther harms her on an almost-daily basis. Then, an old peddler gives Sadira a slow poison to consume so she may die after some time. She begins to consume the appropriate amount of poison every time the warden hurts her. One day, she drank too much and is almost dead. Uther, though freaked out by her condition, is blind to the cause of it. Accompanied by an old medicine person, he searches for the ingredients that would save Sadira's life.
