The Boston Bruins are showing no signs of a Stanley cup hangover, with Lucic, Horton, and my man Seguin on a line they are tearing it up it could possible be the best line the Bruins have ever had. With the team in Chicago to take on the Blackhawks who look to rebound and nearly missing the playoffs coming off a cup two years ago. Tim Thomas was in the net for the Bruins once again, the action started eight minutes in when Campbell of the Bruins fought Jamal Mayers of the Blackhawks. Minutes later Chicago gets a penalty which the Bruins couldn't score on the power play. shots were even at 13 after one, Horton of the Bruins took a early penalty that the Blackhawks wouldnt score on but the Bruins would get a short handed tally to tie the game at one. A minute later though the Blakchawks would regain the lead with a Patrick Kane goal to make it 2-1 now as the Bruins fall back behind. later the hawks would take another penalty but again the Bruins could not capitalize, shots would go again go in the Bruins favor 10-7 which would also be the same count for the third. Right when the third opened the bruins took a penalty and also at the end of the period, but on both of them Chicago could not score. The same would go for the Bruins on there one opportunity in the third. Eight minutes in though Hortonn tied the game that would stay that way. Overtime showed no scoring and only 6 shots, 4 by the Bruins the other 2 by the hawks. The game goes into a shoot out, the first shooter Toews couldn't get it past Thomas. Seguin went next went five hole and scored, Kane would miss Bergeron, and Sharp would all miss and the Bruins would win. Seguin got the winning shoot out goal and a assist in the game, he now has 4 assist and is looking very good playing on a line with Lucic, and Horton. The Bruins don't play again until there match up with Carolina at home, who they lost to in Carolina just last Wednesday but i can see the Bruins winning this one by a goal or two
