The Rising Star of the Nfl

Cam Newton is a rookie this year in the Nfl (National Football League) and was the first pick in the 2011 draft. The Carolina Panthers drafted him. In 2010 when Cam Newton was a senior in college he played on the Auburn Tigers. There he won the National Championship and also won the Heisman trophy. So after his very successful senior year of college he had a lot of hype going into the Nfl. After Newton was drafted he was picked to start the first regular season game for the Carolina Panthers. So far Cam Newton has had a great year and the hype just keeps growing. Cam Newton has a very bright future in the nfl if he keeps this up. Cam is not on my favorite team but I still cheer him on! He is fun to watch and to grow as a player. Cam Newton is one of my favorite players and I hope he succeeds this year and the upcoming years as well.
