Responsibility, The Golden Rule

“Who took the $20 from my purse” My mom found out her $20 were missing. “I don't know” I don't want my mom to know I took them. “Then who did? They couldn't just hop out my purse and run away” At this point I was panicking. “Tell me the truth you won't get in trouble.” Biggest scam I have ever heard in my entire life. But eventually I had to tell my mom. “Sorry mom, I did” When I told her I took her money, I immediately felt regret. But eventually I learned that taking responsibility was way better than lying.
