One day I was with my friends, Cesar, Pedro, Jimmy, Mathais, and this other kid named Carlos; we were in our new school. We were just talking to each other and then the yard duty approached Cesar. She asked him, ¨what is in your pockets. ¨Cesar replied saying, ¨my phone.¨ She said, ¨you can not have your phone on you. And if you want to bring your phone to school you have to turn it into the office, but since you´re new to this school  will not give you any consequences.¨ She wrote him a pass to the office and he left with the pass. I was shocked because in our old school we were allowed to have our phones, but we weren't able to use our phones unless we were given permission. I realized that a lot of rules were going to be different, and it would take a while for me to adjust to them.
