Sex, to me, is nothing at all,
On the floor, on the bed, or against the wall,
(It’s all the same thing)
A meaningless moment of lust,
Nothing involved, not even trust,
(It’s all the same thing)
Baby, I’m sorry give me a chance,
Like I said, it’s all the same dance,
Day after day, night after night
All I do is fight, fight, fight
Month after month year after year
All I can do is try my best not to fear

Thank you lord for showing me the way,
Thank you lord for allowing me another day!

I wrote this poem while I was involved in a horrible relationship. It explains that sex should be more than something physical...it should be mental and emotional. I hope people get that from reading this.
