Fallen Angel

You got me alone
and found who
i was. i told you
i love you,and
you said you to.
now I'm fallen
without you.

You left me cold
and breathless like
a fallen angel.
I had a broken wing
but halo stood tall
even after i was fallen.

I flew away
with one broken
wing that was fallen.
The other stood tall
and kept me from
fallen completely
on the asphalt.

Now i walk on
two legs,my wings
on my back.
I've never healed
my broken wing.
so tear me down
but an angel
still flies.

this about me an how i was abused when i was younger until i was adopted when i was six. but i still remember everything that happened like it was yesterday.
