The Stereotypical Blonde

I don't feel like your stereotypical "blonde". Rather, I feel as though I could have stark black hair. Possibly deep, brown eyes. A pair of shockingly dark, arched, pointy eyebrows. Physical characteristics that slap you in the face when you even so much as glance at me. I could have a striking gaze, like I could bite your head off if you piss me off in the slightest way.

Alas, I am not the owner of these features. Instead, I am disguised with the persona of a cheerful, bouncy blonde girl, perhaps a cheerleader. Probably a girl who sleeps around. Or maybe even a complete daddy's girl, a goody-good. Plays by the rules. Will rat on anyone who doesn't.

I walk with a certain swagger, sometimes even cocky. It's to scare people off, really. I want to intimidate others, girls my own age, who I, myself, find intimidating. I want to look like I know what I'm doing; I have a destination and nobody an stop me in my tracks.

I want people to know I don't give a s***. Then again, I also want people to know I do.

So which is it? The dark-haired or the blonde?

Well, it turned out to be the blonde.

I was pissed off when I wrote this. I can't quite remember what was going through my head at the time, only that I was really angry with myself at the moment.
