I play softball year round. You could easily say it was my life. But even though I try harder than most and I am just as good I never get a break.
For all three years of middle school softball I sat until the younger kids were put in. Then for the past two years I reconstructed my whole swing changing from a "righty" to a "lefty". Even with the clinics and trying super hard my coaches eyes always past me.
I have been a bench warmer way more than people that are worst or just as good as I am. I feel as if I am by myself. No one gets what I am going through.
So this year as a freshman I am continuing my softball career but I am starting field hockey. I had my first game last night and absolutely loved it!
