How Embarrasing

Flashing lights surround the mall. Cops search for my mother’s stolen car. She is tornado of mayhem, tears of mascara smeared down her face, disheveled hair thrown up in a bun, glasses askew. She frantically called my father and I, so we rushed across town to get there. "Who would do this?", I contemplate, as we attempt to search for the car. After three hours, an officer relays, “We found it, a few garages over! What thief does that?!”. Mom smacks her forehead. “I forgot. I moved it there after lunch.”
