“Go ask your mom” A simple question for my father that had to travel heavy on my back several miles in order to get an answer. A fight that would never rest, never come to a resolution,
until the day I become independent and start drifting away from my parents and into my own life. Day, by day, I pass complete families and wonder if I could have the same,
a thought that dissolves the second I step into my house. Though if my world were perfect, what would be my motivation to become a better person?
