My hero would have to be definitely the soldiers of the United States. If it weren't for them we wouldn't be free as of today. The soldiers put their lives out on the line just to make sure our country is free. Soldier's bust their butts during basic training and can go through a lot during of war is an experience you will never forget. Soldiers sometimes go without food and water for many days. Many families go through a hard stage if they lose their beloved family member because he was killed in a war. There is huge statistics on soldiers killed in battle. This all started in George Washington's day when they defeated England. If it weren't for them we would be living in a whole different society. I'm sure there would be a lot of rules and regulations or restrictions if England were controlling us now. This is why I believe our soldiers should be our heroes.
