When I was in 6th grade there was one person that had a huge impact on my life. My uncle, Steven, taught me how to play the guitar. Once when I was spending the day with my grandpa, I was passing by my uncle's room and he was playing his guitar and listening to his old cd's. I walked into his room because the music he was playing and listening to caught my attention. I asked him to play me a song that he wrote so he walked over to his closet and brought out this old box of his songs that he had written. He told me he was going to teach me how to play his favorite song that he had written "silver Lining". From then on i was learning how to play guitar. when I was 11 I wrote my first song and then learned how to play it. The title of my song was called "The Sky Falling", it was about my uncle after he had been sent to prison. He was the only person in the family that had similar interests as me especially in music. Ever since then i haven't even picked up my guitar but he was the one that had the bigest impact on my life.
