Exercising Tips
Exercising is one of the ways to live a long healthy life. You should regularly exercise. Around once every week or more but don’t over do it, or your body is going to be warn out. Make sure to drink a lot of water while exercising
Or you will pull a muscle spasm and also take breaks between exercising. Building muscle is another way of exercise. For example lifting weights and running the track field. If you do decide to lift weight you should. Work on one muscle a day.
You should do it for about an hour and 30 minutes. Remember to always take breaks between exercising. The next you must let your body rest. Work on the muscles that you want to gain muscle.If you are under age for example 10 years old. You must workout an hour and no more than that.
Or you would have a high risk of future injury. But if you are 13 years old you should workout a hour and 30 minutes. If you get to strong at a young age you will have a higher risk of heart attacks. I hope I help with what to do when exercising and what not to do.
