Fruits and Nuts
I once saw a quote on a shirt that I loved. The shirt said, "God wants spiritual fruits, not religious nuts." I think this perfectly illustrates the message I've been trying to tell people for a while now. Christianity is not a religion. It's a lifestyle, a monumental leap of faith taking anyone open to it on the hardest, but most rewarding, journey of your life.
See, I don't care about religion. It's overrated and I find no real point.Religion is like a set of rules. What I have with God is this loving and passionate relationship with someone who cares for me specifically and would undergo torture for my eternal well-being. This is not a game, not just a set of rules. It's like a romance, and while my love for God may waver in times of trial, he will never stop loving me.
