Perfect
Perfect hair
 Perfect smile
 Perfect teeth
 Perfect style
 Perfect EVERYTHING
That’s what everyone thinks of them
 But to themselves…
 They are fat disgusting pigs
When really they are 50, 60 pounds
 Everyone knows they’re secret
 It’s written on their faces
 Clearly seen by the world
They look in the mirror and see a fat girl
 Their mind blocking out reality
 Everyone else sees what’s real
They see their paper thin bodies
 Their disgusted looks toward food
They just try to play it off
 Oh I’m not hungry
 I already ate
 When really they are starving
 But they don’t feel hunger
 People try to help
Most of them are too late
Parents come home to find their paper thin oh so perfect child lying on the floor
 No pulse
 No food
 Perfectly gone
