Loneliness

Knowing you’re alone,
And knowing no one cares.
It’s the same feeling you get
When you’re falling down the stairs.

A room full of people,
But none who talk to you.
If you sit next to them,
You’d be considered rude.

It’s the weekend,
And there’s nothing to do.
You’re at home with your dog,
And you’re stuck cleaning your room.

At the football game,
When the students gather around.
You’re sitting with your parents,
Hoping not to be found.

When you walk into school,
Where the cliques seem to rule.
You feel pretty lonely,
In this unwelcoming school.

WOw thats actually a really well written poem! well done :)

hope you dont actually mean it though- and if you do feel that way then there is ALWAYS somebody who cares, you just need to find them :) high school is only temporary- dont worry :)

It wasn't my high school experience, but i know there's always someone who feels that way.
