"we have forgotten, the natural light..." With those six powerful words, Angela Liang begins her poem, titled "Electricity." Bring back nostalgic memorises of what life was like before the advancement of technology. From the experiences of playing double dutch, to eating dripping popsticles, or piggybacking in the city, the poem is sure to remind everyone of the days before the efficiency of light at the flick of a switch. Angela L. brilliantly captures the reader's attention and descriptively writes the poem, using only the most efficent words to convey its meaning.
