Dear Freshmen
"Dear Freshman" by Max Jackson was a delightful poem to read. I wish I could have read this my freshman year as I am now a junior. It brought a smile to my face because of how much I related to this poem. Freshman year was definetly my hardest year and I felt like there was nothing great about it, but after reading the poem I thought back and remembered all the good times I had as well. I especially related to the line "you'll have homework from head to toe", I remembered feeling buried and drowned in homework, but after 3 years of highschool homework is the least of my worries. I thank you, Max, for reminding me of my freshman year experience along with all the good and bad times.
