I just read “ Anxiety” By Gabrielle M. Being able to choose a topic and being able to explain it is one thing but knowing how people actually feel is another. As I read the piece of writing, I found out that people really have a hard time dealing with anxiety.
I honestly do feel bad for the people who have this because always having to worry about something would not be good and always worrying about the negative things in life would not be good. Some people and websites explain how people who struggle with anxiety react to things people do or say in different actions or ways. So basically just if somebody has anxiety try and be there for them make them feel like they don’t have to worry about anything and that everything is great and enjoy life.
