I found Jillian's Groth article "Gator Girl" extremly moving.There are many memories that kill each of us differently, and the memories Jillian is facing are terrifying. Although she is gong through a rough time in life with her sister she does not lose hope. Throughout her article she states "I know my sister won't let diabetes define her," due to this it shows how much hope she has. Life is full of challenges and difficulties, and the way you face them defines who you are as a person, and the way Jillian and her sister are facing her problem shows how they're strong hopeful people. No matter the situation you should always have hope everything will be okay.
