The review of “Suicide Squad” by Grant Kniefel made me realize that I may not need to watch it and that the popular new movie isn't all that it claims to be. Many of my friends had already watched the movie, influencing me to want to check it out myself. At the time, I was really interested in the new characters and different-sounding plotline that “Suicide Squad” introduced. I ranked “Suicide Squad” as equal to other popular movies such as “Batman v. Superman:Dawn of Justice” and “Captain America:Civil War”.

However, Grant’s mostly negative review made me recalculate my opinion of the movie. Grant includes a number of reasons that point out the flaws in “Suicide Squad”. He says, “The plot was formulaic, cliché, and frankly just plain boring.” All in all, the review was well-worded and argued that the movie wasn't the best.
Grant convinced me that “Suicide Squad” wasn't “worth the price of a movie ticket” and was “utterly disappointing.”
