I overall loved Romanda Dobson's "How it Feels to be Jamaican Me" article, because I can relate tremendously, especially when she quotes; "I have learned to be proud of who I am". When I was younger bullying was a huge negative impact on my life, I cared what others would say and worried about who disliked me especially when you're the only African-American kid in almost every classroom. As I began to grow and trying to define myself I started not give a crap about what others would say, relating to Romanda's article she's accepting who she is as a person and it also gave me great advice and helpful guidance.
