12 Items or Fewer

I hate is so much when people check out in the lines that limit 12 items even though they have like 50 it seems like. This girl has really good control of her temper and facial looks if she can pull off smiling and acting nice when people do that. If it was me I would be like, 'sorry lady, but you're way over the limit of 12.' I wouldn't be all happy and smiley either. That's just not my attitude, especially if I have a job like that.
