In the article "Ice Princess", Judith Clinton shares her motivating story of inspiring others. She describes why she kept her velvet dress from when she was younger and the memories it encompasses. To her, skating wasn't about the prizes she won but how she was a role model to her students, much like how she admired Casey Carlyle. She kept the dress because it was a reminder of how anyone could influence another person.

Furthermore, this piece has motivated me to go through life sharing passions. She says, "After all, you never know who you might inspire." I would just play piano because my parents had told me to. After a while, I gave up believing that piano lessons were useless and there was no success in it. This article has not only motivated Judith's students, but also me. I hope to one day inspire others like how she did.
