“Lost in Translation” by Eliza L. is a short story I can totally relate to. Eliza describes how frightening it can be to not understand someone else's native tongue. I have been in plenty of situations like that, and it is one of the most frustrating feelings in the world. I completely understand the author's loss of patience. When I was learning English, these exasperating situations happened to me all the time. Not understanding something I desperately wanted to is one of the worst feelings ever.
Being lost in translation can stop you from achieving so many things, and that is the point that the Eliza carried throughout the story.
